- 1 cup shreaded monterey
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 8 oz of 1/4″ sliced Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz Grandma Jo’s 213 Salsa
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoon of sour cream
- Add butter and let simmer until melted.
- Add cheese at medium heat, stir constantly until melted
- Add sour cream and salsa. Let it simmer
This recipe is great for nachos but can also be used as a dip all sorts of foods.
